The navigation bar
The bar that you see across the top of every page you visit in Yuku is your navigation bar. The contents of the navigation bar will change depending on whether you are logged in or out, and whether you're currently at a board on which you have admin powers.

When you are logged out, you can log in via the navigation bar:

When you are logged in, you will see what profile you're logged in as. You'll also be able to see at a glance when you have new messages, comments or friend requests.

Additionally, if you're on a domain where you have admin powers, you'll have a link directly to your admin control panel, and you'll be able to see if you have any support tickets waiting.
The
button on the right side of your nav bar will open up the menu area (and also close it again).
The nav bar can be styled to match the profile or community, which is why it will look different when you visit different boards.
The menu
When you click the navigation button, your menu area will open up. This gives you additional information and links to account and admin areas.
The menu is divided into 3 columns. We will split them up to talk about them individually below.
The left column - Manage your account and profiles
The profile and account management section is located on the left side of the menu.
| Managing your profiles The first block gives you access to all of your profiles. It shows you which profile you are currently logged in as. You can manage and edit your profile's signature, skin, layout, comments and friends.

| Managing your account settings, messages, image gallery, and comments This block access your account settings section. There are many settings for your account, including your email, password, time zone, notifications and invites. Account settings apply to your whole account, and are not profile specific. For more information on this area please read Account Settings You can also access your inbox here. If you have any pending messages, this number will be highlighted. The inbox is also account level, and applies to all profiles (ie, you don't need to log into a certain profile to find out if you've got messages. For more information on messages, please see the Working with Private Messaging page. Your Gallery is your collection of albums and images. This area allows you to edit the settings and albums, and manage comments on your images. For more information on managing your gallery, please see our Gallery Overview. |

The centre column - "Dashboard"
The central area of your menu is also referred to as the "dashboard", as it's a very useful and interactive part of the menu. It gives you quick access to your recent action - posts, comments, files, friends and communities.
If you're on a domain that you are owner or administrator of, then you have a fourth tab in this column. The admin menu only shows if you're on one of your communities.

| Recent posts By default, this column shows you a list of your recent posts. You can also use the tabs to see your recent comments and recently uploaded media. You can read more about these three pages in Dashboard - recent posts |

| Communities My Communities - shows you communities that you are a member of, and lets you know what your status is on those communities (member, admin, owner). Recently Visited - You can see communities that you've recently visited in this area. You can read more about managing your communities in Communities. |

| Friends This tab shows you updates on your recently active friends. You can also view recently added friends. Click 'Interacted' to your friends that have given you Kudos or left you comments on your profile. To read more about viewing your interaction with friends, see Dashboard - Friends |
