Deleting Cookies

Many problems related to staying logged can be traced back to bad/corrupted cookies. The quick and easy way to correct the problem is to delete your cookies and start fresh. Below is a quick tutorial, based on browser type, on how to delete your cookies.

After deleting your cookies you will need to close your browser and open and open it again, then login to your account again from the Yuku home page. Doing so will reset your cookie for you.

Internet Explorer 7

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
  2. Choose the General tab
  3. Under Browsing history, click Delete
  4. Next to "Cookies", click Delete files
  5. Click Close, and then click OK to exit

Note: This will delete ALL your cookies, not just those for Yuku.

Internet Explorer 6

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
  2. Under the General tab click the Delete Cookies button
  3. Click OK to confirm, and then click OK to exit

Firefox 2

  1. From the Tools menu, click Options and select the Privacy tab
  2. In the Cookies section, click Show Cookies and you are presented with a popup list of all cookies
  3. Scroll down the list of cookies until you see an entry saying yuku.com, click on the name to highlight the row
  4. Click on Remove Cookies and click Close, then click OK

Netscape 9

  1. From the Tools menu, click Options and select the Privacy tab
  2. In the Cookies section, click Show Cookies and you are presented with a popup list of all cookies
  3. Scroll down the list of cookies until you see an entry saying yuku.com, click on the name to highlight the row
  4. Click on Remove Cookies and click Close, then click OK

Safari

  1. From the Preferences menu click Security, and then Show Cookies
  2. Use the scroll bar to search for all Yuku cookies
  3. Click to highlight the name of the cookie, and click Remove
  4. Click Done and close the Security window

Opera 9

  1. From the Tools menu, select Preferences
  2. Choose the Advanced tab, and select Cookies from the left menu
  3. Click on the Manage Cookies button and scroll down to where there is an entry in the list for yuku.com
  4. Highlight the row with the folder icon next to yuku.com so all the cookies expand, then click on Delete on the right to delete them all at once
  5. Click Close and then click OK

Firefox 1.5

  1. From the Tools menu, click Options and select the Privacy tab
  2. In the Cookies section, click Show Cookies and you are presented with a popup list of all cookies
  3. Scroll down the list of cookies until you see an entry saying yuku.com, click on the name to highlight the row
  4. Click on Remove Cookies and click Close, then click OK

Flock

  1. From the Tools menu, click Options and select the Privacy tab
  2. In the Cookies section, click Show Cookies and you are presented with a popup list of all cookies

  4. Click on Remove Cookies and click Close, then click OK

SeaMonkey

  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences
  2. In the panel on the left expand the Privacy & Security menu, and then click on Cookies
  3. On the right side of the window, click on Cookie Manager
  4. Scroll down the list until you see cookies for yuku.com on the left side of the list
  5. Highlight each cookie by clicking on the row, and then clicking Remove Cookie for all yuku cookies
  6. Click Close and then click OK
